How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping times vary depending on the type of order you've placed:

  1. Custom Orders: Custom pieces are crafted specifically for you, so the shipping time will depend on the nature of the order. We'd be happy to discuss the estimated time frame with you personally.

  2. Website Orders: For items available on the website, they are already crafted and ready to ship. You can expect these orders to be dispatched within one week. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your convenience.

Do we offer international shipping? 

If you wish to have your order shipped outside of our standard shipping zones, we're here to assist you. Feel free to reach out via a direct message through the contact page, and i'll be delighted to discuss the possibilities

Our return policy? 

We take pride in creating unique and high-quality pieces. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to addressing any issues that may arise.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer one of the following options:

    • Issuing a refund for the damaged or defective item(s).

    • Sending you a replacement piece(s).

*Please note that in cases where replacement is necessary, it may take some time to recreate unique pieces, but I will do our best to expedite the process.
